These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Strada (the "app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Strada helps you plan multi-stop motorcycle routes and then hands navigation off to a third-party map app of your choice. Strada is a planning tool; it does not provide turn-by-turn navigation itself.

Ride safely and lawfully

You are responsible for riding safely and obeying all traffic laws. Do not interact with the app, your phone, or your watch in a way that distracts you while riding. Plan your route before you set off, and only follow navigation in a manner that is safe and legal for your situation. Road conditions, closures, and the suitability of a route for a motorcycle are your responsibility to assess.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Routes, distances, and estimated times are approximate and may be inaccurate. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any route is safe, legal, or passable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including reliance on any route, estimate, or handoff to a third-party navigation app.

Third-party services

When you hand a route off to Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze, your use of those apps is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Your content

The routes, stops, notes, and files you create remain yours. You are responsible for the content you create and import, and for keeping your own backups (for example via iCloud or exported files).

Intellectual property

The app, its name, design, and branding are owned by the developer and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the app as intended.

Subscriptions and purchases

The free tier includes the first two saved route creations. A saved creation counts toward this lifetime allowance even if that route is later deleted. Strada Pro removes the creation limit and is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (billed monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Availability, local prices and any eligible trial are shown in the app before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your device's App Store account settings. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

App Store terms

If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's EULA governs for App Store distribution.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
